This two bedroom two bath townhouse features three wounderful ocean view decks where you can just relax as the sea breeze blows through the french doors. The first bedroom has a king bed with a large ocean view private balcony. You can lay in bed and watch the dolphins play, or step onto the deck and watch the ships roll by. From the living room, you have a side view of the ocean and two comfy sofas to spread out on (there is a deluxe full size air mattress for additional guests). Your entertainment center has a large TV with DVD and WiFi. The second full bath is conveniently located down stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, microwave and dishwasher and a pass thru to the dining area that seats six. The laundry area off the back foryer has a washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is your 3rd large ocean view deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Two steps down will take you into your private courtyard with chaise lounge and out door hot water shower. Your WiFi reaches all the way to the patio.
This townhouse unit also shares a 100x 60 foot ocean front patio with charcoal grills, lounge chairs and tables and out door showers and even WI FI out here . Life does not get any better than this!

~Spring ( Mar 1- May 13)
Weekly - $1350. Daily (Sunday - Thursday) - $225. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $245.
~Summer (May 13- Sept 16)
Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $1500. Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $250-$270.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $85 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a $35 non refundable damage waiver is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.

- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- A start up ammenities package is provided for our Guests includes:
automatic diswasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up ammenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, dvd player, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re key charge if both keys are not returned upon departure.
