This brand new three bedroom two bath condo is convienently located 1/2 block from the pier on South Beach. Once you park, you can walk to the beach, resturants, the pier and local entertainment. This is one of the largest of the 3 bedroom unit: it is very spacious and well thought out. There are hardwood floors in the living room and tile in foryer, kitchen and both baths. Custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and oil rubbed bronze faucets compliment the fully equiped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances and a double convection oven as well as microwave,a stainless steel dishwasher and fridge. The laundry area has a stackable washer/ dryer.
In the living room has a comfy sectional sofa that is also a queen sleeper. There is a large flat screen TV with Cable. The dining table seats 6 with additional barstools at the breakfast bar.
We are only 1/2 a block from the ocean, but the orentiation of this unit offer no views, though you can still enjoy the covered balcony that catches the ocean breezes. The first bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and an on suite master bath. There is a second flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. Altogether you can sleep 8 people in beds plus 2 people on the queen sleeper in the living room. A second full bath is just off the hallway.

Weekly -$1300. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $210. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.
~Summer (May 13- Sept 15)
Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $1500. Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $250-$270.
~Fall (Sept 16-Dec 1)
Weekly -$1200. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $220.
~Winter (Dec 1- Feb)
Weekly -$1000. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $170. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $185.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $100 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.
