The Brass Rail is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated complexes. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath second story unit offers a private elevator just steps away from your underground parking places. You will be just 50 yard from the sand on the South End of the island and just steps away from the Pier and the Strand with it's shopping and restaurants.
The living room has a sofa and comfy chairs arranged on rugs on the beautiful bamboo floors. The entertainment center had a large TV with cable and DVD player. There is Wi-Fi access through out the unit.
The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a bar area open to the living area. The washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen.
You can lie on your king size luxury mattress in the master bed room and watch the TV/DVD. Or you can step out onto your private balcony and sun on the chaise lounge there. The spacious master bath contains both a shower and jaccuzi tub, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.
The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV. The 2nd full bath and half bath are accessable from the hallway. The KID'S RETREAT is the third bedroom which contains two double bed plus a TV AND VCR. Plenty of room for fun!

201 which sleeps 8. These two units share a private elevator landing. The two units are almost mirror images and their front doors are less than 8 feet apart. Together the units sleep 18 people in comfort; they are great for large groups, family reunions, etc. You and your family will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.
Our condo is family friendly, but please, NO SMOKING. PETS are welcome, but only with prior permission and a signed pet contract.

We own both unit on the private elevator landing which comes staight up from your covered parking spaces. If you rent both units, they are accessable from the covered elevator landing and the front doors are only about 8 feet apart. This gives you the best of both world, plenty of private space, yet close access to each other. Both units together will sleep 18 people

Weekly -$1425. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $240. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $255.
~Winter (Dec 3 - March 3)
Weekly -$1260. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $210. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.
RATES for 2012
~Spring ( Mar 4 - May 12)
Weekly -$1620. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $270. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $290.
~Summer (May 13 - Sept 15)
Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $1800. Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $300-$325.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $140 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.
~We aim to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible.~
- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- A start up ammenities package is provided for our Guests includes:
automatic diswasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up ammenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, dvd player, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re key charge if both keys are not returned upon departure.
