From the living room, you have a 180 degree view of the ocean from window on three sides with a comfy sleeper and love seat. Large TV with cable and DVD players. Wi-Fi throughout.
The first ocean view bedroom has a king bed with TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds .
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, microwave and dishwasher and ocean views even from the kitchen sink! The dining table seats 6. There are two full baths and washer/dryer in separate laundry room.
This ground floor unit also shares a 100x60 foot ocean front patio with charcoal grills, chaise lounges, chairs and tables and hot water outdoor showers. Life does not get any better than this!

~Fall (Sept 15-Nov 31)
Weekly -$1680. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $280. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.
~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)
Weekly -$1470. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $245. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $265.
~Spring ( Mar 1- May 13)
Weekly -$1900. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $315. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $340.
~Summer (May 13- Sept 16)
Weekly - (Saturday to Saturday) - $2100. Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $350-$380.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $120 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.
~We aim to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible.~
- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- A start up ammenities package is provided for our Guests includes:
automatic diswasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up ammenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, dvd player, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re key charge if both keys are not returned upon departure.
