Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th*,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
*June 30 - July 7 weekly rate is $2,900
Additional Costs
13% hotel tax and a $130 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $300 or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $35 is required.
A processing fee of $30 may apply.

We aim to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible.
- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- The start up amenities package provided for our Guests includes:
automatic dishwasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Any supplies beyond the initial start up amenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re-key charge if both
keys are not returned upon departure.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher and ocean views even from the kitchen sink! A large laundry room has a washer and dryer. There are two full baths that are newly renovated.
This second floor unit also shares a 100 x 60 foot ocean front patio with charcoal grills, lounge chairs and tables and out door showers. Life does not get any better than this!
