Silver Shore is a new small complex on South Beach just steps from down town Tybee. You can walk to the beach, to the Pier or to restaurants. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is adorable. It has hardwood floors, and stainless appliances, and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. There are two assigned covered parking places right next to the elevator.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa with a queen sleeper for your overflow guest. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed is attached to the second bathroom. This unit features central a/c, ceiling fans in every room and a washer/dryer.

You can relax and feel the gentle ocean breeze in your corner unit. While you can not see the ocean from your covered porch, the ocean is just at the end of your block. And you have a great view of the water and the Pier from your front door.

- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- The start up amenities package provided for our Guests includes:
automatic dishwasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up amenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re-key charge if both
keys are not returned upon departure.

~Fall (Sept 15-Nov 31)
Weekly - $1000. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $175. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $185.
~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)
Weekly - $ 900. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $150. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $165.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $90 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
