Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $100 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver of $35 is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.
This brand new three bedroom two bath condo is conveniently located 1/2 block from the pier on South Beach. Once you park, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and local entertainment. This is one of the largest of the 3 bedroom units; it is very spacious and well thought out. There are hardwood floors in the living room and tile in foyer, kitchen and both baths. steel appliances and a double convection oven as well as microwave, a stainless steel dishwasher and fridge. The laundry area has a stackable washer/dryer. In the living room has two comfy full-sized sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with Cable. The dining table seats 6 with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.
We are only 1/2 a block from the ocean, but the orientation of this unit offer no views, though you can still enjoy the covered balcony that catches the ocean breezes. The first bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and an en suite master bath. There is a second flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. Altogether you can sleep 8 people in beds plus we have a deluxe bed height air mattress if you need more space. A second full bath is just off the hallway.

~We aim to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible.~
- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- The start up ammenities package provided for our Guests includes:
automatic diswasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up ammenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re-key charge if both
keys are not returned upon departure.
